- Meraki By Estefania LLC does not accept cancelations, exchanges, or returns.
- Items that are custom are final! No refunds or exchanges.
Customs:
- Please provide an email address, I will be contacting customers via email. Please provide as much detail as possible.
- Deposits for customs are required, this will go towards your payment of the cup.
- Deposits are nonrefundable!
- Serious inquiries only.
- Meraki By Estefania LLC. is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen mail. Please contact the mail carrier and file a case with them. I am not responsible for any mail after it’s in the hands of the mail carrier. Delays may occur due to an ongoing pandemic (COVID-19)
- Please make sure your address is correct. If the address is incorrect USPS/ UPS will return the package to Meraki by Estefania LLC. An additional fee will be charged to the customer, in order to reship the item.
- Processing time is 3-5 business day, this does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. Every item is handmade and made to order. Every order goes through a serious quality check before they are ship out. Meraki by Estefania LLC will make sure your order is in good shape before shipping.
- Customs: Processing time for customs can take up to 1 business week.
- Ready to ship: Ready to ship items can take up to 3-5 business days.
- Any customer who agrees to the terms and conditions have read and understood all of the policies listed. There will not be any refunds or returns.
